On April 6, 2018, the Humboldt Broncos experienced an unfathomable tragedy. In the wake of these events, it has been truly amazing to watch Canadians come together in every way possible to show support to the survivors, families, friends and other individuals affected by this accident.
Throughout the country, on Thursday, April 12, 2018, Canadians sported their jerseys in support of the Humboldt Broncos. This is just one of the many efforts seen throughout the country in the wake of this tragedy. Others have turned to placing their hockey sticks on front porches and donating to the GoFundMe page. The West Coast Auto Group is matching the donations raised by the employees of $1,313, for a total of $2,626.
Every individual at West Coast Ford Lincoln has been greatly touched by these events, and to demonstrate our support the dealership staff also donned jerseys in honour of those affected by this tragic event. Our thoughts are with the survivors and victims’ families as they get through this most difficult time.
