Big Bike Event 2017
The Car-Diac-Cruisers were thrilled to participate in this year’s Heart & Stroke Big Bike Event! During this event, West Coast Auto Group joined together to power one Big Bike and raise money to support critical heart disease and stroke research. West Coast Auto Group has been participating in the event for 5 years and we are looking forward to riding again in 2018. This year the Car-Diac Cruisers raised $7,000 – adding to their to date total of $28,000 raised for the Heart&Stroke Foundation. Thank you to everyone who joined us by donating or riding in the Bike Bike Event 2017!

Big Bike Event 2015
The West Coast Auto Group rode in the 2015 Big Bike Event! Thank you to all who donated. Some fun facts about the Big Bike are, each bike weighs 2000lbs, is 30′ long and 8′ wide, and has 3 rows of 10 seats. Over 500 teams and 8,000 riders rode the Big Bike in the 2015 season and two Big Bikes toured B.C. for 45 days! There was special emphasis on knowing the signs of a stroke in this years Big Bike – FAST – Face, Arms, Speech, Time. We look forward to riding again in 2016.

Big Bike Event 2014
Each year 29 members from the West Coast Auto Group team raises a minimum of $50 to ride in the Heart & Stroke’s Big Bike ride. The Big Bike event has riders pedalling the Big Bike through their community to help raise awareness for heart disease and stroke research.

Big Bike Event 2013
Each year, businesses in the Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows areas team up and ride the big bike for the Heart and Stroke Foundation Bike Event. May 3, 2013 the West Coast Auto Group “CAR-Diac Cruisers” pedalled hard down the streets of Maple Ridge raising nearly $5,000. The West Coast Auto Group will be back on the streets of Maple Ridge in 2014. Watch for the big red bike! A big thank you goes out to everyone who volunteered, made donations and made this event a big success.
