We wanted to send our thanks for the wonderful service we received at West Coast Ford Lincoln, and especially to our Sales Consultant, Chase Johnston. He was extremely helpful with the sales process, and extended his help after we purchased our Escape by showing us how to use some of the great features it comes with as we are not what you’d call technically savvy, so rather than just telling everyone what our new vehicle can do, thanks to Chase, we now can actually use them! We appreciate the fact that he took the time to come to us, since he also lives in Mission, to show us how to program and use these functions instead of us having to come back into Maple Ridge, it just made it very easy for us.
We have already told our friends and family about the excellent service we received from Chase, and will most definitely recommend him and West Coast Ford Lincoln to them whenever they are in the market for a new vehicle.
