With a 5 Star safety rating, the 2017 Ford F-150 is well-equipped to keep you safe and secure whether you are driving on or off the road. AdvanceTrac with RSC (roll stability control) ensures all four tires stay firmly grounded through selective brake and engine application while curve control will detect if you are taking a curve to quickly and slow you down. If you are getting tired while driving, the lane-keeping system will notice if you are drifting out of your lane and correct via the steering wheel or by sending vibrations to the tires. Additionally, the driver alert system will monitor your driving and send a message via the message board if you need a break. There is also the option for adaptive cruise control and forward collision warning with brake support that will monitor the pre-set gap from the vehicle in front of you and flash a warning message, sound an alarm, and pre-charge your brakes in the likelihood of a collision. All of these safety features along with blind spot information system (BLISS) with cross-traffic alert and trailer tow will have you out working, adventuring, and playing with peace of mind knowing your every need is covered.
